At Mareeba Baptist Church we begin our services all together as a family and the children go to the front during this time for a kid’s talk where they are introduced to the lesson they will be learning that morning. Then during term-time children from the age of 3 until Year 6 (Primary School age) go out for age appropriate teaching during the service.

- Adventurers (Years 1-2)
- Navigators (Years 3-4)
- Voyagers (Years 5-6)
All children are signed into their classes before church begins and they follow the GodSpace program. For more information please speak to our Kids Church Co-ordinator.

September begins with a Father’s Day celebration, when some of our young adult leaders will work with the children to celebrate their dads and other important men in their lives.
The next week will be the final lesson about Daniel and how he stuck with God.
Following a 3 Sunday break during the school holidays, we will begin October with a unit about prayer.
The memory verse is : ‘Don’t worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayer and requests to God.’ Philippians 4:6 CEV
